With my job and schoolwork, I typically have a bit of a busy, yet flexible, schedule. If you request Caricature Services from me, please try to book at least 2 weeks before the event so I have time to fit it in my schedule.
Please note that I can only accept services to residential and event locations in the Temecula and Murrieta Valley, and surrounding areas.
Shipping costs to anywhere in the United States is free. For other countries, shipping costs vary, and will be calculated during checkout.
I aim to complete all requests within 2 weeks. Of course, depending on the size of the artwork and the detail, I will always let my customers know if they should expect it to take longer than 2 weeks.
Absolutely. You will be notified when I have begun working on your commission, and any time from then to completion, you are welcome to send me an email and ask for a progress update and photo of your art.
I always do my best to make sure that my art is extremely detailed, and created with the most amount of effort possible. However, I will understand if there are small tweaks or revisions that could be requested to be made to the final product.
I am happy to accept the request of making small revisions to a completed commission. (Such as adding freckles, adjusting a facial features, etc). Due to time and effort however, I will only make revisions to a piece once.
When commissioning digital art, Krystal Melodie Artwork will retain the copyright to the artwork, meaning that I have the right to post your requested art on my website and social media. However, I will include a watermark over the photo saying "Art Commissioned By:_____" to make sure that others cannot steal it.
This being said, please note that I have the right to add your requested artwork as a print for sale in my online store, although I will be sure to set it as a much higher price than the original buyer had to pay.
When commissioning digital artwork, you have the option of a few different packages.
- Receive the full-sized digital file, PSD file and 3 different sized prints of the artwork you commissioned.
- Receive the full-sized digital file, as well as 1 print of the file.
- Receive the full-sized digital file with no print.
